College launches suite of new diploma programs
UOW College, a pathway institution for UOW, officially launched a range of new Diploma and Certificate programs at a special event on Wednesday 8 October.
Current and past UOW College students David Ollivier, Noubar Aslanian and Alice Moon discuss the new programs with The Hon. Sharon Bird MP.
Ms Julie Renwick, General Manager of UOW College said: “We are thrilled to have so many of these new programs available now, particularly for those students who are just about to finish school.”
These new programs are designed to meet the needs of students seeking career ready qualifications but also for those looking for alternative entry to UOW.
“This has been a year of unprecedented growth and development at UOW College,” Ms Renwick said. “We have supported more than 25,000 students, over 25 years, from more than 50 nationalities seeking pathways into higher education, and over the past 12 months we have grown our course offerings in pathways to make UOW more accessible to students.
“There is a great level of energy and excitement with regards to the new programs at UOW College and we look forward to a successful year ahead.”
UOW College is a strategic unit of UOW and an integral part of the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp’s mission and structure.
